Supervision Of Works

Regular site inspections and progress meetings with Client and Contractor to monitor quality and progress. Minutes prepared and Programme of Works up-dated with regular expenditure reports. Designs monitored to ensure information produced is timely for construction needs and in accordance with Building Regulation and Landlord requirements. Co-ordination of the Client’s own Contractors, e.g. communications networks and IT Installers and Furniture with main works on site.
