Responsible for establishing and controlling the construction management team with fit-out Contractors, Constructive Interiors, to progress this £3Million fit-out encompassing high value finishes, sophisticated electronic management and security systems and individual offices, meeting rooms and dining suite. Part of the project included 25,000 ft2 of area of “shell and core” Landlord finishes, requiring new air conditioning installation, raised floor and ceiling prior to Occupier finishes, including three audio-visual / conference presentation suites.
