Acting on behalf of Landlords or Tenants to provide schedules of works required under Lease Covenants, renegotiating the assessment of costs and associated professional fees, other applicable charges and loss of profits (e.g. rent) where building vacated in disrepair. Preparing Section 18 valuations of Landlord reversion where required. Preparing expert statements for solicitors if dispute is litigation.
