Acting for funder ‘Societé Generale’ and Oxford and Cambridge Estates, Dunbar Associates planned the new development team of designers and procured and managed the construction of a range of buildings – from small starter units, each of 200m2 up to major B1 / B8 units of 5,000m2, with Tenant requirements managed into the construction programme as the pre-lets were signed.
