Following initial Building Survey Report, prior to Lease Contract, a space plan and specification was prepared for Tender by design /build Contractors. Cost plans and programmes were prepared to complete the fit-out with a new air conditioning system, executive offices, conference rooms and computer suite, all within a ten-week period. The offices house the UK European and African regional staff with a telephone reservations centre operating 24 hours a day. Contract value £575,000. Phase III 1997, expanded a further 5,000 ft2 elsewhere in the building, at a cost of £200,000.
